Our Marketing team is a 50-strong crew of bold thinkers, culture shapers and creative doers - from Brand and Digital to Strategy, Food Quality and Innovation. We’re here to keep KFC at the heart of culture across the UK & Ireland, blending our iconic roots with fresh, fearless ideas that connect with real people. KFC UK&I is looking for a talented and ambitious Brand Manager – Ireland to join our Marketing team. We’re looking for someone who not only LOVES chicken, but has a real passion for marketing, culture and the KFC brand.
This role will lead the ROI business and help drive the next chapter of growth for KFC in Ireland. Owning the delivery of the ROI marketing calendar, from retail planning through to creative and media agency management, the Brand Manager will ensure campaigns land brilliantly, on time and in full.
They will play a key role in driving sales growth through impactful campaigns across the full marketing mix, while strengthening KFC’s brand relevance. We’re looking for someone who can connect commercial delivery with cultural impact — creating campaigns, social moments, PR buzz and restaurant experiences that keep KFC front of mind.

You will bring a strong mix of creative judgement and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect sales growth, brand building and cultural relevance.You will be confident managing creative, media, social and/or PR agencies, from writing clear briefs through to reviewing work, managing timelines and delivering high-quality execution.You will be highly organised, proactive and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced, reactive environment.You will be comfortable working autonomously, taking accountability for the ROI marketing plan and confidently moving projects forward without needing to be micro-managed.You will be a strong collaborator, able to build relationships across Marketing, Operations, Franchise partners, Restaurant teams and external agencies to land activity brilliantly.

Following a successful phone interview, there will be a 2-stage process. We’ll kick things off with a meeting with your Hiring Manager, and then you'll get to meet other key leaders in the business. The final stage interview may include a task to complete.
