Team Leader

Our Team Leaders are the GOAT. They might have moved up through the ranks at KFC, or they might have come from diverse backgrounds like supermarkets, pubs, high street retailers and banks. But they all share one thing: they know how to put their team first and run shifts that are as amazing as our chicken.

Join us and you’ll work alongside the Restaurant General Manager to keep your restaurant ticking over smoothly. You’ll get stuck into day-to-day jobs like food prep and inventory management. You’ll solve problems and work hard to continually improve your skills and performance. And you’ll show the world how to create an experience for our guests that they’ll never forget.

Assistant Restaurant General Manager

In previous lives, our Assistant Restaurant General Managers have made their mark in all kinds of service and hospitality roles. Lots more have progressed from a Team Member role right here. But what unites them all at KFC is their commitment to putting their teams first.

This is a vital role in our restaurants. It’s not just about keeping things running smoothly - it’s about coaching, motivating and developing your team to deliver target-smashing performance in terms of sales and profitability, and a brilliant experience for guests.

Day to day, you’ll also roll up your sleeves and get stuck into food prep and inventory management, scheduling and team coordination, and customer service. And in the background, you’ll keep one eye on continuous learning to improve your performance, build your skills, and grow your career.
 

Restaurant General Manager

Our Restaurant General Managers bring their skills and experience from many walks of life, including our own restaurant teams. But one thing they all have in common is a commitment to keeping things real when it comes to empowering their teams.

This is about running a restaurant like you own it. You’ll be responsible for People, Customers, Sales, and Profit, always delivering an excellent experience for our customers. And you’ll coach your team to perform at their best when it comes to business growth and guest experiences.

And you’re not afraid to tough it out when you really need to -getting involved in food prep and inventory management, scheduling and team coordination, problem solving and customer service. Whether this is the first step in your KFC career, or another chapter in your KFC story, you’ll also have what it takes to trust in your potential, and keep following the path.
